    <descript>
The Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI) performed a multi-hazard risk assessment analyzing the consequences to buildings and resident population in Crook County. This layer contains attributes describing critical facilities that have been field survey using FEMA's Rapid Visual Screening methods See the text from the report for technical information on methods and a discussion of results and interpretation.
      <purpose>The purpose of this project is to provide communities with detailed risk assessment information to enable them to understand and compare hazards and act to reduce their risk. The risk assessment results quantify the consequences of natural hazards to each community and support the decision-making process in planning for disaster.</purpose>
